Six modules that stand alone or combine. Everything is designed, assembled, installed and maintained by us — there is nobody between you and us.
Each module answers a specific gap. The unit fetches the data, metering creates it where none exists, vision produces it where no sensor can, the console makes it readable and the service turns it into a decision.
The acquisition unit installed in your plant room. It polls, timestamps, computes and stores — even when the network goes down.
Machine-by-machine metering, where the utility meter tells you nothing. Multi-channel boards designed and assembled in our workshop.
A camera where no sensor exists: counting, checking a part is present, reading a dial or an indicator lamp. Without touching the machine.
The screens: one view per role, alerts that do not swamp you, an exportable history. Every calculation can be opened and checked.
What turns data into a result: a named engineer who reads it, explains it and comes on site to put it right.
An application the range does not cover yet? We design the module, from the drawing to the printed enclosure. That is our trade, not an exception.
A compact unit, powered at 24 V, mounted on a DIN rail or a plate. It polls your equipment, computes the indicators and keeps the history — without depending on a permanent internet link.
One view per role: operators on the shop floor, maintenance on faults, management on indicators related to output. Alerts are filtered so they are still readable six months in — an isolated signal wakes nobody.
DConnect plugs into what is already there. No equipment to replace, no proprietary gateway to buy, no manufacturer licence to renew.
Direct reading of states, I/O channel by channel, and forcing status so a manual override is never mistaken for a real fault.
Modbus TCP · manufacturer protocolsPulse counting for gas, water and electricity, calibrated per machine. The billing meter is never touched.
pulse · multi-channelFlow, temperature, pressure, level. New instrumentation, or existing instrumentation reused wherever it can be qualified.
4-20 mA · 0-10 V · digitalA silent machine, an analogue dial, a cabinet lamp: computer vision measures what no fieldbus can provide.
camera · €190-290 per pointThe link is read-only: DConnect polls your equipment, it never writes anything to it. Adjustments are made on site, with your agreement and under your lock-out procedures.
The characteristics that actually matter to an operator — not a feature list.
Time spent working on a running plant is what costs a manufacturer most. Everything that can be prepared, wired and tested in the workshop is — including the enclosures, which we draw and print ourselves when nothing off the shelf fits.
Half a day on site is enough to tell. No commitment.
