Connectivity for industrial equipment

Your machines produce data. DConnect goes and gets it.

A unit installed in your plant room reads your PLCs, your meters and your sensors — no proprietary gateway, no manufacturer licence — and turns their data into something your teams can act on.

The range

Four modules, one single system.

DConnect is not a piece of software you install: it is a complete chain, from the measuring point through to the screen. Each module stands alone or combines with the others, and all of it is designed, assembled and maintained by us.

DC—01

DConnect Unit

The acquisition unit installed in your plant room. It polls, timestamps, computes and stores — even when the network goes down.

  • Reads PLCs directly
  • Local history and backup
  • Monitored automatic restart
DC—02

DConnect Metering

Machine-by-machine metering, where the utility meter tells you nothing. Multi-channel boards designed and assembled in our workshop.

  • Six pulse channels per board
  • Long-range radio for distant points
  • On-board display for checks on the spot
DC—03

DConnect Vision

A camera where no sensor exists: counting, checking a part is present, reading a dial or an indicator lamp. Without touching the machine.

  • Flow counting and throughput
  • Reading existing displays
  • Detecting idle running
DC—04

DConnect Console

The screens: one view per role, alerts that do not swamp you, an exportable history. Every calculation can be opened and checked.

  • Operator, maintenance and management views
  • Alerts on drift and recurring faults
  • Free export, standard format
DC—05

DConnect Service

What turns data into a result: a named engineer who reads it, explains it and comes on site to put it right.

  • A written report every month
  • An on-site visit every quarter
  • Adjustments included, not billed separately
DC—06

And your own need

An application the range does not cover yet? We design the module, from the drawing to the printed enclosure. That is our trade, not an exception.

  • Study and revision-controlled drawings
  • Enclosure drawn and printed to measure
  • Documentation handed over with the installation
The hardware and the screen

A unit in the plant room, a console for your teams.

On one side what gets mounted and wired, on the other what your teams look at every day. Both are delivered together: the hardware without the screen is useless, the screen without the hardware has nothing to show.

The unit is assembled, configured and tested in our workshop before it reaches your site. Its enclosure is drawn and printed to measure whenever nothing off the shelf fits the space available.

Compatibility

It connects to what you already have.

No equipment to replace, no proprietary gateway to buy, no manufacturer licence to renew. DConnect reads what is already there — and when a machine exposes nothing usable, a camera takes over.

PLCs

Direct reading of states, I/O channel by channel, and forcing status so a manual override is never mistaken for a real fault.

Modbus TCP · manufacturer protocols

Meters

Pulse counting for gas, water and electricity, calibrated per machine. The billing meter is never touched.

pulse · multi-channel

Sensors

Flow, temperature, pressure, level. New instrumentation, or existing instrumentation reused wherever it can be qualified.

4-20 mA · 0-10 V · digital

No interface

A silent machine, an analogue dial, a cabinet lamp: computer vision measures what no fieldbus can provide.

camera · €190-290 per point
The service

A unit does nothing on its own. Neither do we, without your teams.

DConnect is sold with its operation. Installation, reading the data, explaining the gaps and making the adjustments on site are all part of the subscription — otherwise the data piles up and nothing changes.

STEP 01

We come and look

Site visit, energy uses, accessible measuring points. If it makes no sense for you, we say so.

STEP 02

We prepare

Hardware assembled, configured and tested in our workshop. Time spent working on a running plant is kept to a minimum.

STEP 03

We install

Fitted during your shutdown windows, commissioned, calibrated, and your teams trained.

STEP 04

We operate

A written report every month, an on-site visit every quarter, adjustments included.

What it reveals

On the sites already connected, this is what measurement found.

Findings from real installations in industrial laundries, with sites anonymised. They are not promises you can transpose — but they show what stays invisible without measurement.
